The trunk button for the Hyundai Tucson is going to be located on the left side of the driver's dashboard and behind the steering wheel. There will be a row of 5 buttons and the trunk button will be the one at end on the right. You will need to hold down the button for a couple seconds before the trunk pops open. You will not be able to use this while the vehicle is in motion. This is a safety feature Hyundai uses on it's vehicles to avoid accidents. Some models may come with a trunk button that is on their key fob.

On the 2022 Tucson’s there are no buttons on the key fob or in the car. So you must get out and manually open it

I have a 2022 Tucson and I can open it with the button inside, or by pressing the release on the back of the car.

To open the Hyundai Tucson trunk, you can press and hold down the unlock trunk button on the key fob.
