To reset the oil life for Your 2007 Acura MDX You will first need to put the key in to the ignition and switch it in to the ON position. On the steering wheel will be a reset button and You will want to press this several times until Your oil indicator shows up. Once it is showing You will then need to hold down the reset button for 15 seconds. This should reset the oil life and You will be able to see if it worked by looking on the infotainment system.

Click the sel / reset button on the steering wheel repeatedly until the engine's oil life is clear. Click and hold the sel button for more than ten seconds. The remaining engine oil life reset mode will be seen on the multi- display. Select reset by clicking the info (up / down) button, and then click the sel / reset button to restore the life of the engine.
