To remove the Ford Ranger driver seat of the vehicle You can follow the directions listed here. The firSTStep is to slide the driver's seat as far forward as it can go. Next locate the bolts at the bottom of the driver's seat in the back and loosen those with a socket set. Slide the seat bottom now backward as far as it can go and take off the front bolts. Now You can fold the seat back forward and lift the seat up by the hand and remove it. You may need help removing the seat as they weight about 40 to 50lbs and can be hard to get out of the door.

To remove the driver seat on a ford ranger, start by lowering the seat all the way down. Remove all the bolts from the rear legs of the driver seat. Then, slide the seat bottom all the way back. Now, remove all the bolts from the front legs of the driver seat. Fold the driver seat, lift it up and remove it from the truck.
