When You get a new smartphone or bluetooth enabled MP3 player it makes sense to remove Your old one from the car's memory so it is not trying to connect to that anymore. Removing a device from Your Toyota Corolla's memory is pretty easy to do and should only take a few minutes. All You need to do is go to the settings menu in Your dash, then go to the bluetooth setup page. When You get there click on "remove"and a list of devices will come up. Select the device that You want to remove and select yes when the confirmation screen comes up. After that You can simply add a new device and it will work with Your car.

First, navigate to your toyota corolla's "bluetooth setup" screen. Hit "remove", followed by the device you'd like to remove. Selected "yes" when prompted for confirmation.
