Replacing the rear bumper on a 2004 Ford F-150 is a pretty easy project if You have some tools on hand. You will nee to have a ratchet, sockets, screwdrivers, and pry tools. The first thing You will need to do is remove the inner wheel well lining from the rear of the vehicle because this holds the bumper in with the rest of the bed. Next You will need to go around and unscrew the bolts where the bumper is attached on the bottom to the frame of the truck. After that You will need to slide the bumper off the frame rails and over the hitch port and then You can remove it from the back of the vehicle.
