The 2008 Ford Focus blower motor resistor can be found underneath the dashboard on the passenger side near the blower motor. To remove and replace the part You will have to remove the glove compartment underneath and locate the blower motor where the resistor is attached. You can check out the diagram on the inside of the panel box to see where it is located or You can check in the owner's manual and it should be labeled "blower". Always make sure to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before removing the resistor. You will need a small flathead screwdriver or a fuse removal tool to get the relay out of its position. The cost for a replacement resistor will range from $20 - $75 depending on if it's an aftermarket or OEM product.
