Replacing the starter motor on a 2010 Ford Focus is a moderately difficult process. The first thing You will need to do is disconnect Your battery. Once You disconnect the battery You will need to get under the vehicle to access the starter motor. Remove the cables that are attached to it and then You can unscrew the bolts that hold it into the engine. Once those are out You can remove the assembly by tapping it with a rubber mallet. When You go to reinstall a new one make sure that You have the gear teeth lining up with the starter motor and connect the cables the same way that You removed them.
