If You need to reset the ECU on a Toyota Camry it is pretty easy to do. The best way to take care of it is to allow the ECU to lose power to complete a reset for it. The easiest way to drain the power from the ECU is to disconnect the positive and negative battery cables from the battery and then connect them together. This will allow all the energy in the lines to ground out. You should leave these connected for about 20 minutes and then reattach them to the battery. After that You can start the car up and the ECU should be fully reset.
