If the anti theft system is not working properly in Your Ford Taurus then You may need to reset it to get it working right again. It is a pretty easy process to do and should only take a minute to reset. All You need to do is press the lock button on the key fob, followed by the unlock button on the fob. Next put Your key in the vehicle's ignition and put it in the on position without the engine running. Wait until the anti theft light turns off then remove the key. After that You can try to start the vehicle and it should start up. If that does not solve it then You should visit a Ford dealer to have the alarm's ECU inspected.
I have tried locking and unlocking it turning the ignition key times leaving me in the on position and I still can't get her to start with two new fobs

To reset the anti theft system on a ford taurus first lock and then unlock the vehicle with the key fob, after that insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position and allow it to sit there for 4 seconds to clear the code.
You also have to listen put the key toon make sure you hear the fuel pump turns on in the rear of the car and start it up. You must make sure you hear fuel pump
