When you want to reset the radio on a Ford EcoSport all you will need to do is press and hold in on the volume knob in the center of the radio. This will allow the system to turn off and then reboot and that should fixA lot of the software problems that could have it glitching and freezing. If you need to do a master reset on the radio then you will need to go to the sync menu. From there you can scroll down to the settings option. From there you can scroll down to master reset and press okay. When you do this all of the settings for your stereo will be reset to how they were when it came from the factory.
