To adjust the clock on the 2010 Ford Escape first turn the ignition to ACESSORY mode. Press the CLOCK button, upon which You will see SET TIME on the display. You can set the time using the memory preset number buttons. You can also set the time after the ignition is turned off within a 10min span of time due to the accessory delay feature.

To set the clock on a 2010 ford focus the clock button should be pressed. You can also change it by selecting menu, and clock settings. Push the arrows down to change the setting to set time. Select by using the ok button.
