If You want to turn off the passenger airbag on the Ford transit then You will need to look to the right-hand side of the car. Under the dash, near the cup holder, You will find a dial. It will be labeled a passenger bag or PAB. If You turn this to the offsetting then You will diable to airbag on that side. This should be done if You are riding alone, or if You have a small child. Airbags can seriously injure small children and are more dangerous on the off.

My 2011 FTC doesn't have this feature, but it's already disabled. There's a small sign on the dash that says, "Passenger side airbag is OFF." There's no way to turn it back on.
