If You would like to turn off the 2018 Ford Escape traction control, the process is extremely fast and easy. All You have to do is locate the TCS OFF button on the center console. If You successfully turn it off, Youll see a traction control off message display on Your dashboard. If You want to turn it on again, push the button once more, and Youll see another dashboard message that says traction control on. Its advisable to always use traction control while driving, because it helps to stabilize the vehicle in wet or slippery conditions, as well as on loose, badly maintained or uneven roads. If Your vehicle starts to slip, traction control will slow the vehicle down automatically so Youre less likely to lose control.

Push and hold the vsc button for three seconds to turn off both trac and vsc. The trac off and vsc off indicators should appear to let you know that they have been turned off.
