Not all models of the Audi come equipped with the heads up display but if You do have one and want to activate it You will need to find the silver button that is located near the headlight switches. Pressing this button down will activate the heads up display and pressing it back down will turn it off again. The heads up display will also have a button to adjust it and that will be located on the driver's seat. You can move the display into a place where it is more visible for either taller or shorter drivers. More settings will be located on Your infotainment system.

There is a small silver button next to the headlight switch that turns the HUD on & off & adjusts its position on the windshield on a Audi.

Thank you I’ve just pushed the silver button on my 2020 Q2 and the heads up display worked as it should. I’ve no idea why it worked perfectly yesterday!
