The Ford Explorer has massages seats in some of the newer models, but not anything before 2015. To turn them on You will need to go into the main console dash. Find the apps setting, and then find the one for the seats. You can turn them on from here, as well as control the intensity and the heating function.

The massage seat has a button in the car that controls it. You have to find that an engage it.
