By default, Your 2017 Toyota Camry traction control stays on. If, however, it was turned off at some point and You need to turn it back on, You can do so by pressing the designated button on the extreme left side of the dashboard. It will be right above Your left leg, if You are sitting in the driver's seat. It has a skidding car illustration on it, with the word OFF under it. When You press it once, it will indicate on the screen that it has been turned off. If You need to turn it back on, You need to press the same button. Traction control helps the car handle itself better in bad driving conditions like snow or rain. Any conditions that make the car skid will benefit from having this feature on.

To switch on the toyota camry traction control push and hold the vsc button to turn off both trac and vsc for three seconds. The indicators trac off and vsc off will show up.
