The Ford Focus is considered a compact car because its combined interior passenger and cargo volume index falls between 100 and 109.9 cubic feet. In order to be considered a mid-size car the combined volume must be between 110 and 119.9 cubic feet. The Focus haS90 cubic feet of passenger volume and 13.2 cubic feet of cargo volume. The hatchback models have a bit more room in the trunk witH23.3 cubic feet. The focus has an overall length of 173.5 inches on the sedan models , 159.7 inches on the hatchback models and 160.1 inches on the ST models they all have a 98 inch wheelbase. The sedans and hatchbacks are 58.1 inches tall and the ST model iS57.2 inches.
