There are not any active recalls for the frames on the Ford Ranger. They have been known to rust though so Ford is working on a case by case basis to determine what to do for the truck. Whether that is repairing or replacing is usually determined by Ford and the dealership. Usually recalls are issued on vehicles when the manufacturer finds that there is a component that is failing at very high rates, or the component that is failing is a safety issue. When that happens they will issue a recall and have the part replaced at their cost at a participating dealership. If You have rust and Your truck is under warranty I recommend talking with Ford to see what they can do for You.

I have a 2005 ranger with 67,000 original miles and the frame is so bad it is almost to the point of breaking in half. The frame leaf spring shackles and cross members look like Swiss cheese. It's a complete shame

Just bought a 2004 Ford ranger regular cabin. It was a little dark when got it. So it is a lot of rust on the frame. My third truck. Had a Tacoma pickup both. Big mistake that l switch. Toyota fixed it for free of charge.
I paid $4500 for it and have put $1400 more into only to find out this month that the frame failed safety check . I’m retired on social security and had plans to keep this truck for the rest of my life! Now I’m broke with no idea what I’m going to do to get around. :(
I have a 2019 Ford Ranger super crew and its frame in back is starting to rust. I have all these recall issues with this truck and not once have I received a so-called letter they send out. Now I want to sell my truck to get a better one and I see 7 recalls. I guess I won’t be buying a Ford next

My frame on my2008 ford ranger is worse they the Toyota from that the recalled they should have to replace them this is my 3 ranger and all three are the same

There have been issues with frame rust on the ford ranger but no recalls have been initiated.
