There is not a recall for the Honda Accord door lock actuator. Some models have been noted as having trouble with them, but they were never recalled. If the lock actuator is bad then You will notice a lot of noise coming from inside Your door panel. This is caused by the locks triggering over and over, which means You may not be able to keep the car locked or unlocked at a given time. If You need to replace the part then You will need to open up the door panel on the car, which is not too hard to do. Having a shop repair is will cost You about 300 dollars and should not take more than a day to get done.
