My screen is black but I can still hear the radio how do i get display back on its the newest model sprinter

If Your screen has gone black in Your Sprinter van but You still hear the radio then there is likely a software bug that has happened. The screen itself has frozen and You will need to reset the entire unit. To reset the radio You will need to press the volume knob in. Then once it is off You will need to press and hold the volume knob until it turns back on again. This usually will fix the problem. If Your screen still will not turn on after a reset then there is a chance that the screen has failed and will need to be replaced with a new one from Mercedes.
