I just serviced my transmission and there was a code e coming up replaced the part but the light still comes up with the same code error.

Not all ford focus have keys. Mine is electric so to turn the car off I need to not have my foot on the gas pedal to turn off the car. Otherwise the button when pushed turns the car on?

After 3 years of my 2017 Focus stumbling, clanking & sounding bad shifting from first to second with the auto shifting manual, I stumbled across this and tried it thinking “no chance”. I did this three days ago and haven’t had the bad shift since…. I’m still wary that it will return. If it doesn’t, thank you and thank God! I’ll update in a couple weeks. Stunned in Denver

Just tried what you said and Im stunned just spent 1600 having a clutch and tuning forks put in and it was doing great then all of sudden it started acting up again done what you all said so far its worked great thank you guys so much !!!!

I tried the process of turning the key on shift to N wait 20 seconds...ect on my 2008 Ford Fusion and it did not reset anything, did nothing. Anyone have any other tips for 08 Ford Fusion? I would appreciate it. I just spent $3500 having the transmission rebuilt and the shop is saying it is the TCM. I am going to get one from a salvage and see if that does it if I don't hear anything from you fine folks. Thank you all in advance. Not ok in OK.

Just had my first incident with really bad jerking/hesitation and the dealership diagnosed as clutch forksand clutch need replaced , not covered by clutch extended warrranty , which expirex in 21. Mine is a 14 focus se sedan with dual power automatic transmission . They quotedme 3500 to fix! I did a reset with these steps after watching a YouTube video but haven’t tried driving it because my check engine light is still on. I bought this in 17 with only 17k miles and now it only has 83k miles. No way should this be happening. I’m afraid to drive it now though because I feel like it’s a death trsp
