There have not been many complaints involving the 2007 Volvo V50 T5 AWD. The majority of the complaints are commonly issues with all vehicles nothing specific to the Volvo. This includes consumables such as brake pads, seals and bearings. Other issues are engine noises, which are usually caused by lack of maintenance with things such as oil changes and filter replacements. Nothing is expected to last forever, this is true also with many components in a vehicle. The Volvo is one of the most reliable brands on the market and if You follow the recommended maintenance schedules it should last for many years. Changing the oil, transmission fluid, filters will go a long way in preventing serious issues with the drivetrain.
