The 2010 Honda Ridgeline is a relatively dependable truck, but that doesn't mean that it's entirely without its issues. In particular, the transmission is reported to have some minor flaws, though it's certainly nothing serious, especially when compared to other vehicles in thE-Class. Most notably, the vehicle has an issue with shifting into fourth gear, but an TCM software update through most dealerships fixes this. Another common issue is noise and shaking through turns, caused by differential fluid breakdown. This is relatively common though -- You shouldn't be driving on broken down differential fluid. With that said, also make sure Your automatic transmission fluid is in good working order, and the Ridgeline's transmission should treat You well.
