The 2010 Subaru Legacy GT has not had many common issues but there are two that have been identified. The first one is a cooling system problem that is caused by head gasket failure. The symptoms of the issue is overheating while coolant pressure blowing res cap off. And Subaru has extended the warranty to 8 years / 100k miles on the vehicles that have been known to have this issue. ,p>This is often a hard issue to diagnose so its best to take it to a dealership who is aware of the problem and can fix it properly. The other problem is an ABS control module defect which causes the brakes to be hard to press and the ABS light to illuminate. It is an easier fixBecause you do not have to replace the entire ant-lock brake hydraulic unit and will only have to replace the ABS control module.
