You may experience vibrations, or grinding noises from the engine bay. You also may notice a burning smell from the exhaust. The gears may also begin to slip on You, or You will experience difficulty trying to move the gear shifter from one position into another. If the 2011 cadillac cts is having issues with the transmission then you will notice several problems, including shaking or grinding while driving, a burning smell when the vehicle is on, the gears slipping when you shift, the shifter becoming stuck or non responsive, and leaking fluids. This can all lead to a transmission failure which will more or less kill the vehicle.
