The 2012 Nissan Pathfinder can have a couple of issues go wrong with the battery. If the battery is old then it may simply not hold a charge any longer. If this is the case then You will need to replace it, which You can expect to cost around 110 to 130 dollars. If the lights were left on overnight then the battery is drained. You will need to jump the car to start it, but once You do the battery should start charging. Finally, if the alternator is bad then it will not charge the battery. You will be able to jump the battery, but it won't hold once You take the cables off. You will need to have the alternator replaced to fix this. If You wait too long then the battery may drain and not charge again, meaning You will need to replace both.

If the 2012 nissan pathfinder is having issues with the battery, they could be caused by a few things. A bad alternator will cause it to not charge, as can a bad battery cable. The battery itself could also be dead. Any of these issues will lead to electrical issues or will cause the vehicle to not start.
