The 2013 Chevrolet Captiva isn't going to have any specific air conditioner related issues that aren't also present on other vehicles, so You don't have to worry about that. What You may encounter is what You'd encounter on anything else: a refrigerant leak, an issue with the climate controls not functioning as intended, and a failure of the A/C compressor. For that latter, one of the weirder things I've encountered on my vehicles, is a rabbit chewing through the A/C clutch cable; You wouldn't usually think You'd need an exterminator for Your engine! Normally though, You're going to just have a boring hose leak, when it comes to the refrigerant leakage, or knobs breaking inside for the climate control. The expensive failure You don't want to deal with, of course, is going to be that compressor going out, symptoms of which are warm air from the vents as well as a squealing or grinding noise coming from the compressor.

Although there are a lot of reasons why your 2013 chevrolet captiva sport air conditioning doesn't operate, the most prominent 3 are a refrigerant leak, an electrical climate control issue, or an air conditioning compressor issue.
