If the 2016 GMC Canyon has issues with the StabiliTrak, otherwise known as the electronic stability control module, then it can experience a couple of things. The most common one is having the check engine light and the TRACK buttons coming on and staying on. You may also notice that the ABS system is not working correctly and Your braking will be erratic. The system is also responsible for making sure that You do not lose traction when You are turning at high speed. This system is important for the safety of Your driving, therefore it is important to take it to the shop and have looked at. This can cost between 300 to 700 to fix, but it is well worth it.
