The AudiA3 1 0 tfsi engine problems are faulty oxygen sensor and excessive oil use. The coolant needs to be changed every 60,000 miles or so. Your air filter needs to be changed every 15,000 to 30,000 miles or so. The spark plugs need to be replaced every 100,000 miles unless it's a copper one. A cooper spark plug needs to be replaced every 30,000 miles. You will come into many problems with an engine. A gasket may become loose and that needs to be tightened up. A spark plug may come off, causing engine issues. You can have oil leaks and those need to be repaired quickly. A serious problem is the engine overheating. This may lead to fires and the vehicle exploding. There could be excessive oil use, requiring the oil to be changed sooner than expected.

Are they? I've had an Audi A3 Black Edition from May 2018 brand new and not had one single issue.. It's on 50K miles now. I think you're talking shite personally.

My engine was making unusual noise no one explained to me what exactly happened but it will be fixed under warranty I am a bit worried though m thinking of changing my car

I have a 2021 AUDI A3 1.0, it’s had a battery changed first time, secondtime it went in it need a battery change and alternator, after coming out few weeks later same warning lights come on went back in this time changing the hybrid battery alternor and the battery again, after this the was fine the warning light come back on I contacted the audi dealer ship they told me I would have to pay know as they have done everything they rest the light drove it for few months and today the gearbox has failed on the car luckily it’s still under warranty. Audi customer service has delivered a shoddy service
