My problem is that i am not able to remote start my xt5. The app says there is "1 Alert" it does not specify what the problem is. If I attempt to start the car my alarm goes off, then my check engine light comes on for a day or two. The car has been to the dealer for this twice. First time they said they fixed it. Second time they said my battery had low voltage and that was the cause. I had them change the battery and it still doesn't work. Now they are saying they are not sure why it keeps happening....

My issue is that after turning my car off, some how the car stays on. It caused me to have to call AAA twice in 2 weeks to boost my 2017 XT5.
