The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a massive and luxurious vehicle, but it's understandable if You have some hesitations because of the problems they show; unfortunately, the electrical system in the Sprinter is not known for its longevity and reliability. Most notably, You'll likely, at some point, have issues with one or more of the headlight assembly, the instrument cluster, the head unit / navigation system, or the brake sensor monitors. Each time You perform a replacement, it's important to remember that You must disconnect the negative terminal from the battery when You're working with the electrical system. Failure to do so can not only lead to Your own personal injury, but You also run the risk of overloading the new component You're installing, so You may blow some money in the process.

In a brand new 2020 Sprinter, I have had the left light assembly go out twice. Both times, a pulling out of fuse 69 and putting back resets the assembly and it works fine. So far I can find no threads discussing this issue. Note,if you do this, it's important to also ensure that all house electronics are off.

If the mercedes Sprinter is having electrical issues it can stem from a few things. Bad wires will cause power to not flow as it should, while a bad battery or alternator will cause the car to not have power. You could also have a blown fuse. All of these can lead to parts not working, or not functioning as they should.
