The most common problems with the Nissan Rogue electrical system are usually caused by a battery or alternator issue. When You alternator is failing in Your car it will not charge the electrical system and that means that Your battery will have to do all of the work of running the car. When that happens it will kill the battery and can cause it to stall. The other common electrical problems are usually related to fuses getting damaged for electrical accessories. When an accessory draws too much power it will pop the fuse to it and that can happen for a number of different reasons including shorting out. I recommend checking connections if You are popping a lot of fuses.
My 2020 Nissan Rogue just suddenly would not start and lights came on saying it does not recognize my key, take it to a Nissan Service Center. I took it and was told there is no problem with my fob. The car only starts when jump started, but my battery has been tested and shows that it is good. They are now replacing battery anyway. I’ve had times when the radio/navigation system stops and appears to reload or reconnect and then go again. Is anyone else experiencing this?

2021 nissan roguessvtried starting car.. Received a malfunction light and then flashing warning lights.. Message to place key next to ignition button... Car still dead. Dealer ran checks and said battery was issue.. 3rd dead rogue this week with battery issue.

I am having problems with my 2021 Nissan Rogue battery as well. It keeps dying on me. The dealer recharges it and tells me I am good. It has happened twice now.

Owners of the Nissan Rogue sometimes complain of experiencing electrical issues with their power windows, wipers and radio that require fuse, relay or battery or alternator replacement. In rarer cases the ECM is involved.
My 2011 Rogue just wouldn't move yesterday (no throttle). I hooked my otb2 and it gives me the codes P2100-P2101, which tells me there's a problem with ECM or ETC actuator..
@Chris the same thing happened to mine. Dealership said it was the battery come to find out it was the alternator. Still had to replace my battery. But, after that was fixed when I ran my a/c carbonated smoke came through my vents. It’s crazy bc it’s only a year old. (2021 Nissan Rogue)

My 2020 Nissan Rogue's electrical buttons (heated steering wheel) sport mode,all by themselves and now while.I was driving the assist breaking system started flashing on n off then when i came to a stop it turned off

2019 rogue has electrical issues with power seats which then shorted out entire electrical system. Had a replacement seat System December 2020 and now same problem along with system out completely. Has anyone else experienced this issue
@Melody the same things started happening to me as well, took it to the dealer & it was not my key fob either, car would only start with a jump, the dealer changed out the battery then all was working fine…this was less than a month ago..now all of a sudden SAME issues but this time even a jump will not start it so here I am now waiting on a tow to bring my car back to the dealer. SMH what is going on w/ these Nissan Rogues, mine is a 2020 SV never skipped a maintenance, always smooth ride up until few months ago and I am only at 45k
2014 Rogue SL symptoms: One week ago: No power. 10 minutes later it’s starts. Today: Starting ignition just sounded “different”, but it started. Backed out of driveway, put it in D, then proceeded forward at basically a coast. No acceleration, no power steering, no power brakes. Temp gauge rapidly increased to near high then most of the panel warning lights came on. Literally coasted back to our driveway at which point the panel power went out. 5 minutes later the ignition button illuminated some warning lights on the panel but no starting.
My 2018 Rogue had power driver seat issues. Had to have entire seat replaced I again had power seat issue 2 years later. This time while waiting for a response from the dealer, the entire electrical system shut down completely rendering the car inoperable. Car had to be towed to dealer. Waiting for response from Nissan after getting an estimate of $1800 for repairs. Anyone else have this problem

So, I have a 2023 Rogue, bought brand new a year ago. The same thing happened to me tonight.Red battery icon showed on dashboard, car would not accelerate, dashboard lit up all over, engine sounded like it was roaring/overheating.. So i turned it off.T aking to dealership tomorrow. HATE THE ROGUE AND REGRET EVER BUYING IT
My 2021 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, is only 50000 miles and the alternator already has issues, not the battery as the dealer advised, Of course, no auto parts store carries these alternators, last time I consider buying a Nissan.

Keep in mind that the alternator can be sending enough voltage to the battery but still have a fault that triggers the battery light on your dash.
