There are some window regulator recalls that have been issued for the Nissan Xterra. The window regulator is a metal frame that holds Your windows in the track as they go up and down and determine where they stop on the track for fully opened or closed. The window regulator is a component that can fail over time and may need to be replaced. Nissan had seen so many fail in their Xterra model that they decided the best course of action was to issue a recall for them. You can contact a Nissan dealership with Your VIN and they will let You know if Your SUV is included in the recall. If it is they will replace the regulators in Your doors free fo charge.

Certain Nissan Xterras are the subject of a power window regulator recall. To see if your vehicle qualifies visit your area dealer.
