The axle code listed from the manufacturer of the Ford F-150 will vary depending on the gear ratio and what opetions are listed on the truck. The best way to identify the axle and gear ratio in the truck is to see the door sticker on the side panel. It will usually say "axle" at the bottom under the barcode which You can identify it with such as 1-88 when You will have identified as the Dana or the Ford 9" axle. There any multiple different axle codes and You can see the list here - https://www.blueovaltrucks.com/tech-articles/identify-Your-Ford-truck-axle-from-the-door-sticker/ . If You have limited slip differential or a positraction there will be a different axle code usually with an F or other letter at the end of the code.
