The speaker wire colors in the Ford Fusion are located behind the dash at the head unit. There are a total of 4 wires that You will be looking for in this harness that go directly to Your speakers. The first wire color You will want to find is the left front positive which is which is white, the negative for this is the one that is white with a black line in it. The next two wires are a white and purple for the right front speaker positive, and a white and red wire fro the front speaker negative. These are the wires that send out signals to the speakers in the doors and if You are having a problem with one of them these are what You should look at.
