Hondas tend to be reliable vehicles, and the 2011 Honda Fit Hybrid isn't an exception to this. The issues you're likely to encounter are going to be of the less serious sort, versus mechanical ones. For example, I've seen a lot of A/C compressors go out in these, and usually, just after the warranty ends; it seems there's a design flaw that lets moisture get up in the system, which eventually results in corrosion and leaks. There's also a higher than typical failure of the front headlights, with the low beams failing sooner than typical, apparently due to loose wire connections. But, these are livable things; there aren't large problems with the tranny or engine itself, which are where the real expensive repairs start.
