Battery saver mode in a Chrysler 300Means that Your vehicle will turn off accessories that are not necessary to run the vehicle to help prevent battery drain. This usually means that there is an electrical problem in Your car. The first thing that You should check when this light comes on is the voltage output from the alternator. It should be charging Your car at 14.4 volts and if it is not that is a sign that either the alternator or the voltage regulator has failed. The next thing to check is the resting battery voltage which should be around 12.4. If it is below 12 then that means that Your battery is dying and will need to be replaced.
