Unfortunately, I'm unable to find any reference to code 145 on the Chevrolet Cruze. If You're referring to a DIC (driver information center) code, a US vehicle should also read out text that associates with the problem. If instead You're referring to a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) -- something read out with an OBD-II tool -- You're likely looking at code P0145. P0145 is usually (if not always) accompanied by a check engine light illumination. It means that Your O2 sensor circuit has a slow response (bank 1 sensor 3). This can and likely will lead to excessive fuel consumption, decreased fuel mileage, and a rough idle. Apologies if this isn't Your issue, but it's the closest one I can find that matches 145.
