The SVC setting for Your Honda Accord will mean speed compensated volume. This is a setting on Your radio that will adjust the speed depending on how fast the vehicle is going. You will have the option of using this or auto volume and either setting will help You listen to Your music at a level that is comfortable for You. You will be able to adjust the settings for this by going to the radio settings on Your navigation screen.
