The 2007 Toyota Tundra should use red or pink long life coolant from Toyota that is designed for Asian vehicles. You should never mix different types of coolant together in Your truck. Mixing coolants can lead to internal damage and rusting in Your vehicle's cooling system. It can also reduce the cooling capacity when different chemicals mix together. If You have low coolant levels and are unsure what type of coolant You have the safest thing that You can do is top it off with distilled water. This will not do any harm to Your system and will allow You to continue driving until You can figure out what is in Your radiator and cooling system.
