The ECM on a Chevy Spark monitors the A/C compressor relay control circuit. If the control circuit is shorted to ground the ECM will set code 68 and the A/C compressor operation will be disabled.Common causes for this code are shorted wiring to the A/C compressor relay and a faulty A/C compressor relay.The AC compressor relay is responsible for supplying power to the AC compressor and clutch. Without this relay, the AC compressor will not have power and the AC system will not function.The AC compressor is powered by the relay. If it is not functioning properly, then the AC system will not be able to produce cold air correctly. When a relay is starting to fail, it may give weakened or intermittent power to the compressor, which will result in the weakened or intermittent function of the AC.

The chevy spark code 68 is for pump motor not running.

Actually, code 68 is for a stabilizer track system. Don’t be looking on the Internetstabilizer track system. Don’t be looking on the Internet for these codes. Your manual book has the correct definition for each code. And if all else fails if you can’t find it that way call certified John Hall garage and they will tell you.
