The 2000 Ford F-150 spark plug location can be found by watching: https://www.Youtube.com/watch?v=gixZ93PwCVQ You will come into many issues with an engine. A gasket may be loose and that needs to be tightened up quickly. You can have oil leaks and those need to be fixed as soon as possible. A spark plug may pop off, causing engine trouble. A dire problem is the engine overheating. This may lead to car fires and the vehicle exploding. There could be excessive oil use, requiring the oil to be changed quickly Your air filter needs to be changed every 15,000 to 30,000 miles. The coolant needs to be changed every 60,000 miles. The spark plugs need to be changed every 100,000 miles or so unless it's a copper one. A cooper spark plug needs to be changed every 30,000 miles or so.

Just to the right and left of the throttle body four on each side you must remove the coil pack witch is held in place by a nut on each one you must note that factory plugs on this year are known to break apart during removal as they are a three piece plug it is highly recommended to loosen each one a quarter turn to half a turn spray a good amount of carburetor cleaner into spark plug cylinder and let sit for at least 30 minutes if not over night also be sure to clean and blow away any debris with compressed air prior to starting so you get no dirt ect into cylinder

The spark plugs in a 2000 ford f150 are in a cylinder head a few inches below their designated ignition coils.
