As the driver of a 2011 Honda CR-V, You may be having some difficulty in trying to locate the exhaust gas circulation valve in Your vehicle. This is also known as the egr valve, and it is fairly easy to find. The first thing You should do is go to the front of Your vehicle. Using the prop arm found on the left side of the engine bay, secure the hood into an open and upright position. Next, take a look inside the engine bay, toward the back. At the rear of the engine block itself, You should see the egr valve protruding. If it is bad and needs to be replaced, You can expect to pay between $40 and $88 for a new one.
