The power windows in the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee are enabled through wiring within the door frames and a fuse located in the Jeep's under hood fuse box. Look in the engine bay next to the truck's battery to locate the Jeep's power distribution box. Inside the lid of diagram will display the individual location and function of each relay and electrical plug. The Cherokee's power accessories and windows are partially powered by plug #12 that iS50 amps. To replace, use the plug puller provided and disengage the blown fuse from its slot and replace with another 50 amp connection. Other causes of window failure can be due to faulty pins, connectors and electrical wiring beneath the door panel.
