The 2003 Chevy Tahoe body control module will be mounted on the drivers side of the dashboard underneath the parking brake or near the steering column. The BCM is a very important part for the vehicle as it helps relay and control functions for the car such as lights, windows, security, door locks, etc. Some of the symptoms of a bad or faulty BCM are flashing dashboard lights, electronics like windshield wipers stop working intermittently and poor acceleration. The cost for a replacement BCM will range from $150 to $300 depending on the quality and also if its an OEM or aftermarket product.
