The 2003 Honda Pilot has a fuel pump relay that can be found in the engine compartment of Your car. The first thing You need to do is go to the front of the vehicle, and using the prop arm at the left side of the compartment, securely open the hood. Take a look along the front of the bay, in the area in front of the battery. There, You will find the fuse box. Inside is an array of fuses and switches. Using the sticker on the lid of the black fuse box, match the code to the fuel pump relay inside. If it needs to be replaced, it will cost between $22 and $65.
