The 2003 Toyota Sequoia does not come with a cabin air filter. There is a regular engine air filter which You should try to replace every 12,000 miles or so. Replacement filters can be purchased for less than $15 and it's a very simple do it Yourself kind of job to replace one. The lack of a cabin filter is common in vehicles from the early 2000's and they didn't really become common until later on. -

The 2003 toyota sequoia cabin air filter location can either be under the dashboard behind the glove box, or it can sometimes be under the hood of the vehicle near the back.
