The 2004 Chevy Impala tail light fuse can be found in the fuse panel that is located in the driver's footwell area. If You notice that Your tail lights are not working then the first thing that You should check is the fuse to make sure that it is free from damage. If the fuse is fine then the next thing to check is the wiring at the tail light bulb. If this is loose then Your lights will not work. If the wiring is fine then the most likely cause is that the bulb itself has burnt out. You will need to replace the bulb with a new one and then it should be working again.
