The wheel bolt pattern on the 2004Chevrolet Silverado is going to be 6 X139.7. This is going to be the same for all trims for this year model. Additionally, the center bore iS78.1mm and the thread size is M14 X1.5. By default, Your vehicle comes with either 16 inch or 17 inch rims. Some popular sizes You might find from the factor are 235/75R16s, 255/70R16s, 245/70R17s and 265/70R17s. All of those except the laSTShould be inflated to 35 psi; that final 17 should only be at 30 PSI when You put it on Your truck. If You need replacement lug nuts, You can use Dorman AutoGrade M14-1.50 thread 22mm Hex Wheel Nuts, part #611-110 from O'Reilly's; those run about $3 a piece.
