There is no standard reset procedure for the immobilizer on a 2006 Honda Odyssey. If it is active it is because Your vehicle does not recognize Your key fob or the vehicle does not recognize the immobilizer device. The key fob is going to be the more common scenario. If You cannot use Your vehicle and You've tried the correct key fob You're going to need to take it in to a professional unless You have a scanner tool available to You but most owners will not. This will be a specific Honda scanner tool and not just a run of the mill one.

Place the ignition key in the driver-side door lock of the accord to disable the 2006 honda odyssey alarm. Turn the key to the location of unlock. Turn the key into place of the lock. Turn the key back to location on the unlock. The warning will be inactivated now. Start your engine and let the car run for 10 minutes or more.
